使用 Next Treat 嘅基本規則
1. 接受條款
當你瀏覽、登入或使用 Next Treat（網站為 nexttreat.hk），即表示你同意本使用條款及我哋嘅私隱政策。如果你代表網店或其他機構使用平台，你確認自己有權代表該機構接受條款。
2. 平台定位
Next Treat 提供香港甜品網店、產品、價錢、供應、配送及買家評價等資訊。Next Treat 唔係相關甜品嘅賣家、代理、付款處理商或配送服務，亦唔會喺網站內接受或履行訂單。
你按官方連結後所作嘅查詢、訂單、付款、取消、退款、食物安排或配送，均由你同相關網店或外部服務直接處理，並受對方條款約束。
3. 帳戶及登入
部分功能需要用 Google 登入，並揀選買家或店主身份。你需要提供準確資料、保障自己嘅 Google 帳戶及裝置，並對帳戶內嘅活動負責。你唔可以冒充他人、使用未獲授權嘅帳戶，或以自動化方式濫用平台。
4. 買家評價
評價應基於真實購買或親身體驗，並以尊重、具體及誠實嘅方式表達。你唔可以提交虛假、誤導、誹謗、威脅、歧視、侵犯私隱、宣傳垃圾內容，亦唔可以公開他人電話、地址、付款資料或其他敏感資料。
你可以自願上載收據作私人購買驗證。驗證只表示我哋有資料支持曾經購買，唔代表 Next Treat 認同評價內容、產品質素或任何一方嘅申索。收據唔會公開。
5. 店主刊登及管理
網店只會喺店主建立及提交後出現。店主需要確保網店名稱、產品、價錢、份量、致敏原、截單時間、供應、配送及官方連結準確並適時更新；亦需要有權使用所提交嘅相片、商標及文字。
店主應依法經營、妥善處理顧客資料及食品安全要求，並對實際產品、訂單、付款、退款及配送負全責。Next Treat 顯示「已驗證」或批准刊登，只代表平台完成相應帳戶或資料檢查，唔係對商戶或產品作保證。
6. 你提交內容嘅權利
你保留自己內容嘅擁有權。當你提交店舖資料、產品、相片、評價或回覆，你授予 Next Treat 一項非獨家、全球、免版稅嘅許可，讓我哋為營運、顯示、審核、推廣及改善平台而儲存、重製、調整格式及展示該內容。呢項許可只限與 Next Treat 服務有關嘅合理用途。
7. 審核、舉報及停用
我哋可以審核、暫緩、隱藏、更正或移除違反條款、涉嫌侵權、危害安全、收到可信舉報或可能令使用者受誤導嘅內容。我哋亦可以限制或停用濫用平台、欺詐、操控評價或反覆違規嘅帳戶。呢啲權利唔代表我哋有責任預先監察所有內容。
8. 資料準確性及外部連結
網店資料可能由店主或使用者提供，供應、價錢、截單時間及配送安排亦可能隨時改變。落單前請向官方網店再次確認。外部網站、Instagram、WhatsApp 或其他服務唔受 Next Treat 控制；我哋唔為其內容、安全、私隱、交易或可用性負責。
9. 可接受使用
你唔可以破壞網站安全、繞過權限、擷取私人資料、散播惡意程式、干擾服務、未經許可大量複製平台內容，或使用平台進行違法、欺詐或侵犯他人權利嘅活動。
10. 平台知識產權
除使用者或店主提交嘅內容外，Next Treat 嘅品牌、介面、編排、文字及程式受適用知識產權法保障。未經書面同意，你唔可以冒充 Next Treat、使用我哋嘅品牌造成認可或合作嘅錯覺，或複製平台嘅實質部分另建服務。
11. 服務及責任限制
平台按「現狀」及「可提供」基礎提供。我哋會合理維持服務，但唔保證內容完全準確、服務不間斷，亦唔保證任何網店、產品、評價或外部連結嘅質素及結果。
喺法律容許嘅最大範圍內，Next Treat 唔會就你同網店之間嘅交易、食品、過敏反應、付款、退款、配送、外部服務或間接損失負責。本條款唔會排除或限制任何依法不可排除或限制嘅責任或消費者權利。
12. 更改、終止及法律
我哋可能新增、修改、暫停或終止任何功能，亦可能更新條款並喺本頁標示新生效日期。重大改動後繼續使用平台即表示接受新條款。本條款受香港特別行政區法律管限，爭議由香港法院非專屬管轄。

Ground rules for using Next Treat
1. Accepting these terms
By browsing, signing in to or using Next Treat (available at nexttreat.hk), you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you use the platform for a shop or another organisation, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for it.
2. What the platform does
Next Treat provides information about Hong Kong dessert shops, products, prices, availability, delivery and buyer reviews. Next Treat is not the seller, agent, payment processor or delivery provider for those desserts and does not accept or fulfil orders on the website.
Any enquiry, order, payment, cancellation, refund, food arrangement or delivery after you follow an official link is handled directly between you and the relevant shop or external service and is subject to that party's terms.
3. Accounts and sign-in
Some features require Google sign-in and selection of a buyer or shop-owner role. You must provide accurate information, protect your Google account and device, and take responsibility for activity under your account. You must not impersonate another person, use an unauthorised account or abuse the platform through automation.
4. Buyer reviews
Reviews must be based on a genuine purchase or first-hand experience and expressed respectfully, specifically and honestly. You must not submit false, misleading, defamatory, threatening, discriminatory, privacy-invasive or spam content, or publish another person's telephone number, address, payment details or other sensitive information.
You may voluntarily upload a receipt for private purchase verification. Verification means only that we have information supporting a purchase. It does not mean that Next Treat endorses the review, product quality or any party's claim. Receipts are not published.
5. Shop listings and management
A shop appears only after its owner creates and submits a listing. Shop owners must keep names, products, prices, portions, allergens, order deadlines, availability, delivery arrangements and official links accurate and up to date. They must also have the right to use submitted images, trade marks and text.
Shop owners are responsible for lawful operation, customer-data handling, food-safety requirements and all actual products, orders, payments, refunds and deliveries. A Next Treat “verified” label or listing approval means only that the relevant account or information check has been completed; it is not a guarantee of the shop or its products.
6. Rights in content you submit
You retain ownership of your content. When you submit shop information, products, images, reviews or replies, you grant Next Treat a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, reproduce, reformat and display that content for the reasonable purposes of operating, presenting, moderating, promoting and improving the platform.
7. Moderation, reports and suspension
We may review, delay, hide, correct or remove content that breaches these terms, may infringe rights, threatens safety, is credibly reported or could mislead users. We may restrict or suspend accounts that abuse the platform, commit fraud, manipulate reviews or repeatedly break the rules. These rights do not create an obligation to pre-screen all content.
8. Accuracy and external links
Shop information may be supplied by owners or users, and availability, prices, order deadlines and delivery arrangements may change at any time. Check with the official shop before ordering. External websites, Instagram, WhatsApp and other services are outside Next Treat's control. We are not responsible for their content, security, privacy, transactions or availability.
9. Acceptable use
You must not compromise website security, bypass permissions, extract private information, distribute malware, disrupt the service, copy platform content in bulk without permission, or use the platform for unlawful, fraudulent or rights-infringing activity.
10. Platform intellectual property
Except for content submitted by users or shops, the Next Treat brand, interface, arrangement, text and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Without written permission, you must not impersonate Next Treat, use our brand to imply endorsement or partnership, or reproduce a substantial part of the platform to create another service.
11. Service and limits of liability
The platform is provided “as is” and “as available”. We take reasonable steps to maintain it, but do not guarantee that information is perfectly accurate, that the service will be uninterrupted, or that any shop, product, review or external link will deliver a particular quality or outcome.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Next Treat is not responsible for transactions between users and shops, food, allergic reactions, payments, refunds, delivery, external services or indirect losses. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
12. Changes, termination and law
We may add, change, suspend or end features. We may also update these terms and show a new effective date on this page. Continued use after a material change means you accept the updated terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and the courts of Hong Kong have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
